Select whether you would like to receive a full refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different size or style.
Print and Attach Your Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to your return package.
Drop Off Your Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
